SWEPOCAA is newly established institution following the foundation of south west Ethiopia regional state. Its mandate is to implement and facilitate national occupational assessment in the region. Our mission is to ensure that TVET graduates and industry workers possess the necessary competencies required by labor market. In accomplishing this mission, SWEPOCAA is delighted to welcome and to work closely with enterprises, workers and customers that need better services and quality product.
